Katie Fox, PE, is a Senior Water Resources Engineer with 16+ years of experience in civil and stormwater engineering, permitting, and compliance across Florida. She specializes in site-civil design, stormwater management, water quality assessment, and hydrologic/hydraulic modeling using ICPR, HydroCAD, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, HY-8, and AutoCAD Civil3D. Skilled in construction plan development, she also provides post-design services like bid packages, construction oversight, and as-built plans. As Contract Manager for Pensacola’s Engineering & Environmental.
