meet the Team

The Hollice T. Williams Park Design + Expansion Team is led by Geosyntec Consultants, an international environmental and engineering firm with a strong local presence of Pensacola natives. They are joined by Michael Van Valkenburgh Associates (MVVA), a world-renowned landscape architecture firm with offices in Brooklyn, Cambridge, MA, and Denver; Pensacola-based Jerry Pate Design, which has designed several local landscape projects (including the award-winning Admiral Mason Stormwater Park); and Impact Campaigns, a Pensacola-based strategic communications and community engagement firm.

Every member of this park design team comes to this project with humility, respect, and a deep sense of responsibility to design a place that reflects the vibrant neighborhood that existed here and create a beautiful, resilient, and interconnected park that will support the surrounding community for generations to come.
